Course overview
The CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management, set at the postgraduate level, gives you the advanced knowledge you need to succeed in a senior L&D role. You’ll cover topics such as leadership development, performance-focused development, and organisational design and development (OD&D). Successfully completing this course will lead to CIPD Associate Membership and allow you to apply for the prestigious CIPD Chartered Membership.

Entry requirements
Aside from being aged 21 or over, there aren’t any formal entry requirements for this course. However, the Advanced Diploma is a postgraduate-level qualification, so you should be ready to study at this level (although you don’t need a degree or university experience to enrol!)
You should also be able to meet the requirements of the learning outcomes and have the literacy and numeracy skills needed to complete the course.

Assessment
You’ll complete written assignments for each module and submit them online to be marked by our assessors. CIPD will review all your assignments before awarding your qualification.
